FROM THE DESK OF THE FOUNDER OF TSC

Happy Wednesday, friends! 🎙️

I'm not going to be chill about this. We wrapped Season One of The Sober Curator Podcast, and the finale is everything. Fifty-one episodes, 23 participating contributors, amazing guests, costumes, confessions, and at least one secret Tamar and I are absolutely terrible at keeping. It started because people kept emailing us about a podcast that didn't exist, and honestly? That's the most on-brand origin story we could've asked for.

But we're not just celebrating. We're building. This week we're introducing The Sober Curator Rolodex, a curated business directory for sober-owned and alcohol-free businesses. Think of it as sober main street, and it's open for listings now. 🗂️

If you're in the Pacific Northwest, Sober AF Travel Night is happening THIS FRIDAY at Sober AF Bottle Shop in Tacoma. Book signings, packing tips, DIY passport covers, mocktails, and zero pretension. Come hang.

And for anyone who's had "start a podcast" sitting in their Notes app for six months? We see you. We're holding space for that too. 👀

Big week. Let's go.

Cheers to building something that matters😘,

SOBER CURATOR PODCAST

From Big Pink to Big Dreams: The Season One Finale You Didn't Know You Needed

It started the way a lot of great things do — out of mild annoyance and a stubborn refusal to say no. People kept emailing The Sober Curator, pitching themselves to appear on a podcast that, well, didn't exist. And after one too many of those emails, Alysse Bryson looked at Tamar Routly and basically said: "I guess we're doing this."

Fifty-one episodes later, 23 participating Sober Curator Contributors, Season One is officially done. And this week's finale is less of a traditional episode and more of a victory lap — with costumes, confessions, and a secret or two that neither host is particularly good at keeping.

If that sounds familiar, you’re in the right place.

We are holding space for people who have been dreaming about launching their own podcast but don’t know where to begin or how to do it without burning out, overspending, or losing momentum halfway through episode three. LEARN MORE HERE.
