I've started two businesses sober, and both of them are recent. The Sober Curator began as a side hustle during the pandemic that I ran on nights and weekends while I still had a corporate badge. Here is what I've learned so far: nobody teaches you how to build something when you're the only person at the table not drinking. You figure it out. You build the plane while you're flying it, and you do it with a clear head, which turns out to be the whole advantage.
